The room was spacious and bright. It was very comfortable to stay in. I had an issue during my stay where my phone was stolen while I was on the train. Cristina, the receptionist, was extremely helpful, and she was able to find us the contact details for the train operator. But she then went above and beyond for us. Unfortunately, no one at the train operator spoke English, so Cristina phoned them on my behalf and explained the situation to them. She then wrote everything down for me in Itlaian so I could report the theft to the local police. During a very stressful situation, Cristina was extremely supportive, and she made the whole situation much more bareable. I can not thank Crisitna enough!

Very spacious rooms and immaculately clean. They are equipped with a desk and wifi. It provides everything someone could need for a business trip. There is a nice lounge and a restaurant of great quality. The breakfast provided is delicious. It is in a good location, close to the railway station, and local commute and with a parking nearby. Although, it is a little far from the historical city center in case you have time for a stroll.

Breakfast was fantastic. It wasn't super fancy but had a wide selection of fresh and tasty food. It had very healthy options as well. Room was very spacious and comfortable. It actually matched what the photos advertised, and I greatly appreciate that part.

The Staff was extremely supportive and eager to help. We booked a family room for 4 and we got two interconnecting good sized bedrooms. The rooms were extremely clean with neutral modern decor. The beds were also clean and comfy. The room temperature was comfortable and could be self controlled. The location was excellent and just two minutes walk from the Train station. There were lots of HALAL restaurants around the hotel. There was ALDI supermarket located just 2 minutes walk from the hotel from where you can buy food and other essentials. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The A/C was appreciated. Traveling in Italy in early August is super hot and humid so returning to the hotel and relaxing in the A/C was amazing. The hotel location is also great. It is a 2-minute walk to the train station and a 10-15-minute walk to the center of town.

It was lovely hotel, easy to locate across from the train station. The breakfast was good and the waitress friendly. The hotel staff were helpful. The room was warm and clean. The water pressure excellent.

Next to metro station, railway station and parking garage. The stuff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was worth spending some extra money.

The hotel was lovely. Clean and comfortable, friendly staff and great food. Great location right by train station, also access to buses/ taxis etc. Easy for public transport. Despite the fact that our room overlooked a busy street, we heard no noise from outside. The hotel has gone to great lengths to make sure a quiet and comfortable stay. Breakfast selections were good with both hot and cold options, fruit, cereals etc. A good variety for all tastes.
